What we collect

Forefeel works without an account. We generate a random identifier on your device to understand how apps are tried (for example, how long a try lasted). This identifier is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or any other personal information — we simply do not collect those.

IP addresses and fraud prevention

The statistics we publish are only worth something if they are real, so we protect them from manipulation. When your device sends a usage signal, our server derives a one-way fingerprint from your IP address — we never store the IP address itself. The fingerprint is produced with a secret key and a daily-rotating value, so it cannot be reversed into an IP address and cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next. It exists for one purpose: to notice when a single connection is inventing many fake identities, and to discount that activity from public scores.

Bot protection (reCAPTCHA)

For the same reason, we use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to tell real browsers apart from automated scripts. It sets a _GRECAPTCHA cookie and sends technical signals to Google, whose handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We use it strictly for abuse prevention — never for advertising or profiling.

What developers see

Developers see aggregated, anonymous statistics about their own app: total tries, average try duration, and where in the experience people leave. They never see who you are.

Third-party apps

Apps you try on Forefeel run from their developers' own servers inside a sandbox. Anything you type into a third-party app is governed by that developer's privacy practices. We review apps before listing, and you can report any app from its page.

What we never do

We do not sell raw data, and no product we sell can identify an individual. Developers and investors see aggregates only. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.

Your choices

Your library and settings live on your device; clearing your browser data removes them. If you later create an account, you can request deletion of the associated data at any time at privacy@forefeel.app.
